It includes elevator with feed funnel, automatic control, cutting curdcookingstretchingmoulding, speed adjustable system, hot water generating and recirculation system, include valves, filter, pump and piping for water rout. The cutter, stretcher, squeezer and shape mold are controlled separately. The speed of each one can be adjusted by frequency transducer.
Shape of mold can be custom made.
